Personal Data

Technical data
When visitors access and use our website, we may automatically collect server log files (anonymized technical data), such as the number of device browser types (and OS), the countries, sources of visits, and pages accessed. This data is not associated with any individual in our system. It is only collected to understand how visitors use our website and the content they are interested in. We may, however, use third-party services like Novatrend that allow us to collect device IP Addresses without anonymity. However, the collected IP Address is stored in Switzerland and encrypted on the Novatrend servers only as log files and deleted automatically after 6 months.

In other to minimize our setting of cookies, collection of technical data, and obtaining of consent, we utilize GPDR-compliant third-party tools. We use Plausible for data visualization and anonymous analytics gathering concerning our website visitors. Likewise, we use Friendly Captcha to prevent spam, bots, and abuse on our website. They also do not collect personal data or identifiers but may collect your device User Agent, timestamp, etc. (non-personal data) to perform their services. TKE operates primarily in Switzerland. We do not store your data when you contact us via our website. They go directly to our email inbox. We keep such data in our email inbox until you request that we delete it, which we will comply in accordance with the law. This is to keep records of conversations and attend to you seamlessly on future requests.
Any technical data we collect, including IP Address, is automatically deleted after 6 months it is collected.
